Braconid
I'm betting on Braconid, because abdominal stalk appears fairly broad. This is one of the general features that can usually be used to tell braconids from ichneumonids.

Right!
Omar is quite right, this is not Diptera, but Hymenoptera. And indeed I would go for Ichneumonidae too, although Braconidae is also possible. For this distinction there aren't enough details visible on these pictures!

the wing folding make me think Hymenoptera, not Diptera.

the many segments on the antennae lead me to beleive this is an Ichneuomon wasp?????
