probably not Coccinella...
Yes, I'm taking back my own ID here. This just doesn't look like Coccinella the more I think about it...it's almost got a Myzia gestalt, although it's not M. pullata, the Myzia sp. in your area.

I'll move it back into the Coccinellidae Unidentified Larvae node for further consideration.
