Crossvein
Can you post a closer view of the area around the R-M crossvein (middle of leading edge of wing) as close as the head picture? One of the important features for ID is exactly how the second branch of M connects.

It looks like the claws are small on all legs. That rules out most of the predatory species. If it were half the size Atrichopogon would be likely but I think we have no species as large as 2.6 mm around here.
