Actenodes auronotata (Gory & Laporte)
Hey Scott, I forwarded this photo to my friend Rick Westcott of the Oregon Dept. of Agriculture and he said it is Actenodes auronotata (Gory & Laporte). He said he collected several of these around Miami a decade or so ago.

Actenodes
Scott, I am sure this is an Actenodes species. The Harvard MCZ Type Database has a specimen that looks like the one you have here and it is listed as Actenodes bella LeConte. On another site (http://www.cdfa.ca.gov/phpps/ppd/entomology/coleoptera/buprestidae/NorthAmerica/actenodina.html)it is listed as Actenodes auronotatus (Gory & Laporte). Which is correct, I do not know. I'll ask an expert friend of mine.
