I conur with Eric
I concur with Eric on this ID. This however is a genus that I will not venture to guess which species. They are hard enough under a scope.

Pompilidae.
Not a bad image! Might very well be a species in the genus Aporinellus, though most all the ones I have seen are quite silvery, with contrasting dark grey bands on the abdomen.
