new genus, great!
Okay, so maybe introduced species aren't always great to see, but I've been eager to add this genus to BugGuide as we increase our coverage of the Coccinellidae. Great photos and what a gorgeous, though non-native, insect!

I thought you might enjoy it Abigail. With the reflective surface its a pain to photograph. They're limited in their distribution, so its not an easy thing to get.
