Ditemnus latilobus
Was just determining some from Kansas- this looks identical to what I have and is the only species of the genus I've found in Kansas.
Cheers!

Cantharidae: Ditemnus sp.?
This would be a Ditemnus sp in New Hampshire based on the paired, twisted teeth on the lateral margins of the pronotum. However, there could be other genera close to Ditemnus in OK.

I was wondering what those projections were. I do not find Ditemnus listed in my Checklist of Oklahoma Coleoptera but I am sure it is not complete as it is a short list.
Thanks for your help.

Ditemnus
is listed as a subgenus of Silis by some sources, such as Beetles of Canada and Alaska.
