Found these small ants under some bark. Couldn't come up with any matches for this one.

Tapinoma sp. - Odorous Ant (Dolichoderinae)
Presence of only four visible urotergites and concealed petiole are the hallmarks of this genus. This worker could well be a Tapinoma sessile, the most widespread species "throughout temperate North America" (according to Alex Wild).

Getting this down to genus is good enough for me, I'll place it in the genus page. It looks a tiny bit different in coloration from the Myrmecos pictures, but that could be geographic variation. Thanks again Richard.
