Crane Fly? - Ptychoptera sculleni - female

Crane Fly? - Ptychoptera sculleni - Female
In Westwood - elevation 5100ft, Lassen County, California, USA
Size: Wingspan about 20 to 25mm
I think this might be a small crane fly of some sort. It is not a real good photo, but the wing veins seem clear enough to where I am hoping some more positive ID can be made. Many thanks for any help!

Thank you John!
I certainly appreciate all your ID help and efforts with my Diptera submissions.

Moved from Flies. That wing fold is a diagnostic feature, not an obstruction to identification.

Ptychopteromorpha?
The wing folds are confusing me. I can't tell if that dark line is a vein and a fold or just a fold. Might be a true crane fly or Ptychopteromorpha (an almost crane fly).
