Spider - Steatoda grossa

Size: est 3cm incl legs
This spider was on my steps around 9:15 PM. It sat in the same spot for a long time, but when I went back out to measure/capture it to have a look at its eyes, it was gone. I found it interesting that the third pair of legs looked noticeably slimmer than the others.
Considering the relative coolness of the evening, there were a surprising amount of different insects and spiders around the light.
