stonefly larva/nymph
care to specify location?

Perlidae?
It is definitely a stonefly nymph. It is hard to give a positive ID without a good view of the gills, cerci, tarsi, and mouthparts. But I think I see some gills sticking out behind the posterior wingpads, and the overall feel of the nymph is that of a perlid.

I agree with Ken that this is a perlid, probably a dark version of Paragnetina immarginata.
