It reminds me of
the Common House Spider (Parasteatoda tepidariorum)...
...or at least something in that neighborhood. If that's right (and be sure to wait for expert confirmation), it would be in the same family (Theridiidae) as
Latrodectus
. Unlike Widows, however, House Spiders are harmless.
