Size: body length 15.3 mm.
The best match we could find for this male beetle was the genus Sandalus. If correct, it would be significantly early compared with the usual Aug-Oct flight period.

Sandalus yes
given the yellow tarsal pads and distribution in the southeast, most-likely S. petrophya. Nice series as always!

By the way, here in Atlanta, we see them late June and July.
