Yes, this is the immature version of the 20-spotted Lady Beetles you've been photographing. It's doing what they do best, eating leaf mold - they have unique scraping mouthparts for getting powdery mildew off of leaves.

Very interesting, thank you! There certainly is alot of powdery mildew on the squash leaves in the garden.
