Could be levis or geminus
This resembles Atrichopogon levis and A. geminus.

Moved
Moved from Biting Midges. I'm not certain but this seems the most likely genus.

Male
In this family all the flies with dense tufts of hair along antennae are male. The reverse is not true. Unplumed males are common, unlike in the non-biting midges.

Same location
Both were at my porch lights.
