Size: 1/8 inch
I've only seen these in a small area by my front porch. I know host plants are helpful for ID, so here are the nearby plants:

Evergreen (Chinese) Elm (seedling)
Ulmus parvifolia
Florence Fennel
Foeniculum vulgare azoricum
Miniature Roses

Rose Geranium
Pelargonum 'Old Fashioned Rose'
Society Garlic
Tulbaghia violacea
Various lawn grasses, weeds, and perennial herbs.
