Argyrodes elevatus male and female - Argyrodes elevatus - Male Female
Chalk Mountain area , Somervell County, Texas, USA
September 29, 2010
Size: 2-3 mm
For comments see

male approaching female. I saw several sequences of approach, leg waving and then a web strand separated to throw them apart. This happened just after the last image of both sequences. My sense was that the female cut the strand when the male approached, but hard to be sure, and getting a continuous sequence was difficult due to wind.
