Seen this at work. Not sure what type of spider this is. Never seen one like this before.

lovely spider
It probably prefers to be outside, and will eat lots of bugs. If it's not bothering anyone, just leave it be, otherwise encourage it to go off into the grass or underbursh away from people and lawn mowers (you can scoot a piece of paper under it to move it).
