The whitefaced Meadowhawk does not usually show the amber patch at the wing bases. The next possibility is the Ruby Meadowhawk (Sympetrum rubicundulum) which also has black triangles at the sides of the thorax and usually has amber patches on wings. She's an OLD bugger by the look of her torn up wings.

Looks like a Meadowhawk speci
Looks like a Meadowhawk species (Sympetrum sp) but beyond that I don't think I can help. I suspect its a female tho. Dull colour and the look of the tail apendages.
