This appeared to be eating Florida rosemary, Ceratiola ericoides - Diplotaxis bidentata
St. Andrews State Park, Bay County, Florida, USA
October 12, 2010
I was surprised to find a Diplotaxis, if I've IDd it correctly, to be common on this plant after sunset and even more surprised to find out that it appeared to actually be eating it. I'd thought at first that it was just "hanging out" on it, as I believe that this plant has some chemical defenses and that only specialist actually eat it.
