Hi,

I'm not sure this request has been confirmed as Eriosomatidae. Is it?
So I'm wondering why it's moved.
I've got one suggestion, although not certain, for Psyllidae.

I just stumbled on your question... I agree that this is a woolly aphid. In general you can consider a move as a confirmation, since a responsible editor will only move an image to a taxonomic level he or she is sure of.

Psyllid?
Might be a member of Psyllidae...
