I guess this to be a Hacklemesh Weaver because of the faint patterns on the abdomen. It was found in an old milking barn.

It might also be
Tegenaria domestica
(Agelenidae), one of the funnel-web weavers. I'm looking at the faint rings on the legs as a clue to the species.
