Mimicking spring leaf?
That's what it looks like. Most ambush bugs seem colored to blend in but this one stands out and *does* resemble a new leaf emerging.

kept this one to see how it will change. Voracious appetite.
Also just noticed my recent beetle tribe addition was deleted. While that answered my question, a reply would have been nice.

 
Please explain about tribe deletion.
It's always possible I inadvertantly deleted something but I don't know to what you might refer.
