This is an immature damsel bug, family Nabidae. The swollen front femora help separate them from most assassin bugs.

Damsel Bug
Thanks Eric for the lightning fast ID on this. We didn't even see the proboscis on this little guy until we got the camera on it. It sure was tiny.
