Dolomedes albineus
This image was originally placed under Dolomedes tenebrosus, however, the prominant white tuffs of "hair" that run along the specimen's legs indicated it be D. albineus instead, as this is a physical characteristic that is simply not found on D. tenebrosus.

are you sure this is a female? i was pretty sure this was a male

 
not positive
but I can see the entire "stalk" and there is no enlarged palp at the end.
