I'm pretty sure of the I.D. so I'll go ahead
and put it under the species. I could be wrong though. :0)

All those replies came in in the time it took me to look it up!
Anyway, I think it's a Southern Damp-wood Termite - Neotermes castaneus. While checking, I found this publication on the species.

Wings just fell off.

Looks like a termite of some sort
