Anystis Mites?

Anystis Mites?
Montrose, Laurens County, Georgia, USA
November 3, 2010
Size: well less than 0.5 mm
The first photo is an overall for size comparison. The aphids were themselves around 2 mm BL. I have found these mites in association with Myzocallis aphids several times, now, all in oak trees, as here. The size is somewhat puzzling to me as most whirligigs I have seen are rather larger. Would these be considered immatures? Or are they just a different species of mite?
