This is the second geometrid I've seen in as many weeks, with its wings folded like a butterfly. Anybody know if this behavior related to the colder weather?

Robert, many Geometrid moths hold their wings above at rest all the time and some like this species do both.

Here are a few of my favorites species that rest with the wings up.
