Range
Southeastern North America into neotropics
Food
Feeds on plant juices, some association, perhaps, with Spiderwort, Commelina species.

North Carolina State Entomology Collection has the following numbers, both including specimens from that state: albopunctulatus (3), punctulatus (97).
