Looks sort of like this one I found:

 
Bi-Coastal?
What are the chances it is bi-coastal?

is found pretty much throughout the whole country. There are several other possibilities though too.

It's pretty tough to differentiate nymphs unless you have adults present. The Podisus nymphs all look mostly identical.

I think
That's an immature stink bug rather than an immature assassin bug. Probably something in or near genus Podisus.
