Hadromyia pulchra
This is Hadromyia pulchra. See the black setose thoracic dorsum and the extremely dense ventral scutellar fringe. Also see the grey pollinose fasciae above the transverse suture which is only found in this species. This species is variable in the metallic color on the abdomen. I have seen members of this species with a blue metallic abdomen, a green metallic abdomen and a bronze metallic abdomen.
