Says Dr. Andrew Bennett, Curator of Hymenoptera, Canadian National Collection of Insects:

"...a campoplegine. I can’t be sure of the genus because the photo doesn’t show all the features I would need to see and because many campoplegines are very difficult to get only to genus (many genera blur into each other)."
