Tribe Syrphini
Either Eupeodes or Epistrophe. (On Syrphus, the light straps "wrap around" to the bottom. On the other two, they're separated by a black margin.) Thorax shape points me to Eupeodes, but hairiness indicates Epistrophe. Clearly I need some professional help, but you expected that, didn't you, Kevin?
