Size: 4.5 mm
Collected at light. Postmesocoxal lines present, postmetacoxal lines absent. Suspect it is near H. mollinus.

It does look like H. mollinus
That species is also very common in the eastern U.S. Always hard to tell without pulling the genitalia, and impossible if it's a female.
