Yes - pallidefulva group
Elongated workers of this group have a bit Camponotus-like outline, but anatomy of the alitrunk is typically Formica (of course, this is even more true for the queen).
I can only repeat Omar's question: how do you manage, not only to find, but to "capture" so nicely Formica queens (that's not the first time you do so), which are very shy and swift?
These ants simply seem to ignore the photograph's presence, which is in itself a wonder!

They like me :-)
It must be a springtime thing where I can find these queens. Some of the earlier ones were barely thawed out when I found them under bark or a rock.
Richard, thanks for all the identifications and explanations on my ant pictures. I used to pass by the ants until you started identifying them. Now I go looking for all the different species I can find.

The Formica pallidefulva grou
The Formica pallidefulva group was recently revised taxonomically. See this article for all the gory details: http://antbase.org/ants/publications/21293/21293.pdf .

The ants in this very nice picture are Formica dolosa (formerly known as F. schaufussi) recognizable by their weakly bicolored pattern and dense pubescence of the gaster.
