I'm pretty sure of order. Not many species (less than 30) but I don't know how to identify them. About half are in the guide.

Can you tell whether it has 21 or 23 pairs of legs?

I counted 21 pairs.
I counted 21 pairs.

Rules out one family
Scolopocryptopidae has 23 pairs of legs so it isn't that family. I think the terminal legs are too small for Cryptops. That still leaves a few genera.
