Saw many of these tiny sulphurs throughout the Florida Everglades and Keys. Could this be a female Eurema daira?

I think so.
Yes, Barred Yellow. Very numerous here in South FL. (not an expert ID) I don't know enough to know the sex. Most likely female though. But, I think you have to see the markings of the inside of the wings to be more positive.
