Possibly not the same individual. Photo was taken 11 minutes later. The added image seems to be missing hairs on the wing making the venations pretty easy to see. Hope it helps.

 
not Rhyacophila
The new picture has a better view of the palps and it is not Rhyacophila. Probably a philopotamid but cannot be sure.

could be
that is one I was thinking about although the antennae seem short and the wings not pointed enough. What about one of the glossosomatids as they are this size and the wings are more rounded like these but I don't know if there are some this spotted.

interesting - I don't recognize this one given its size and wing shape/coloration. But there are lots I don't recognize - that is what makes these photos great.

I doubled checked it doesn't looks like I made an error. I did round down. It might be closer to 6.5 mm.
