An update on the BugGuide Challenge

On December 9 we started the BugGuide Challenge to raise money that will help improve the site.

Several BugGuide contributors put up a matching amount of $4,100. As of today, we have raised $3,680 in response to this challenge.

Thanks to all who have contributed so far, and I hope we make it all the way before the new year!

Correction
I have received a corrected report which shows that the first report erroneously included part of the matching funds in the total.

To date, we have raised $1,821.

Challenged
Thanks for the reminder! I had intended to chip-in when the challenge was first announced but had gotten distracted.

If the challenge is not fully met by the 29th give us another chance to further review our finances.

Update
As of this morning we had raised $2966.67. So we are about $1100 short of the challenge match.
