Naphrys
I think this is the former Habrocestum, now Naphrys, pulex. It is a rock jumper in my area. There may be something else close in the genus but I don't think so. Apparently extremely widespread. There are four species listed but I don't think they will occur in MA. They do not occur in my state. Here are the other names and states:
