The...
antennomeres look too long for Evagetes. Perhaps it is an Arachnospila. I do not see bristles on the apicotergite so it does not look to be Anoplius, but those can be broken off on worn individuals (however, from the shape the wings are in, this female does not look worn). This is certainly a "Pompilus" lineage wasp, not an "Episyron" lineage wasp like Poecilopompilus is.
