Parasitic Wasp - Macroteleia - male

Parasitic Wasp - Macroteleia - Male
Beltsville, Prince George's County, Maryland, USA
August 25, 2010
Size: 3mm
I think this is a parasitic wasp but not sure

Moved tentatively per the following suggestion of O.A. Popovici:
"I can’t see well the last metasomal tergite, but I think that this is a male of Macroteleia."

Moved from ID Request.
