The closest I could find in the guide is Eristalis hirta, except for the bit of amber in the wings of my specimen.

No black frontal stripe on fa
No black frontal stripe on face. Basal tarsi on middle leg yellow. Eristalis arbustorum.

Yes, Eristalis.
I don't know species. (Wings look clear to me, at least at the tips.)
