This and your C. nebraskensis photo are great for comparing. The difference of the pronotum between the two species is pretty constant while length and color patterns overlap. Thanks.

sorry for the mixup, did not know about the subgenera, and did not take the time to look....

 
no big deal
what did puzzle me, was that the system used to preclude creation of 'homonymous' sp. pages within a genus -- i dunno what happened to its vigilance... Alzheimer kicking in?
