Size: unknown
Found climbing pine tree. I am at a total loss as to what this may be. I could only get off one shot as it climbed far above my head, sorry. I know it's kinda unfair, but can it be ID'ed?

Ichneumonid, I presume
There are some (at least superficially) similar specimens in Ichneumoninae:
