Could be Dasyhelea
The flagellomeres look interesting, rather than boring as in the other subfamilies. Other characters of Dasyhelea are long seam between eyes (not touching at just a point) and R cell ending abruptly, squared-off near midwing. I'm not sure of the eyes and R cell but they might match.
