Size: 2.3mm
a small rove of some sort I suppose. Suggestions welcome :)

Phyllodrepa humerosa
This is the most common and widespread
Phyllodrepa
in the east, readily recognizable by having the pronotum and elytra smooth and shiny between the punctures (i.e., no microsculpture) and a pale area at the humerus ("shoulder") of each elytron. I assume the latter was the basis for Fauvel's species name.
