Forest Scorpion - Uroctonus mordax

Forest Scorpion - Uroctonus mordax
Armstrong Redwoods State Reserve, Sonoma County, California, USA
January 15, 2011
This small scorpion was found under some damp fallen bark in a grove of old-growth redwoods. Based on the "Y" shaped carina near the tail tip, I believe this is a California Forest Scorpion, Uroctonus mordax. Any assistance or confirmation would be greatly appreciated!
