The thorax isn't humped like my other C. valga.

That's odd
I didn't notice this image before commenting, but I still don't see what else it can be. The flagellum is not long enough for C. scita. We should have only the two species in New England. (There are other Eastern species which could conceivably be found here, but probably not.) When comparing antenna length, note that there are long hairs at the tip of the antenna that don't count.

 
Late addition
I figured I'd add a view that's somewhat from the side. Maybe the next Chionea I find will be scita:-)
