What kind of spider is this, please?

Is this the same species?
I've been looking everywhere to try and find out what species of spider is this that lives in my garden. This spider looks very similar to mine. Is this one the same species as yours? Here's the picture(It's not quite as clear as yours):

Your photo is a bit blurry... and the markings look a little different. It does look like it might be one of the Neoscona species. N. crucifera seems to me quite common.

I agree with Mr. Eric, this is neoscona arabesca, very easy to distinguish because of its distinct pattern.

Orb weaver.
Looks to me like it may be a specimen of Neoscona arabesca, but do solicit additional opinions. Nice images, thanks for sharing!
